Overview
CEN ISO/TS 9241-411:2014 (ISO/TS 9241-411:2012) is a technical specification in the ISO 9241 series on ergonomics of human–system interaction. It specifies laboratory evaluation methods for the design of physical input devices used with interactive systems. The document provides guidance for assessing conformance with ISO 9241-410 and covers physical devices such as keyboards (full-size and compact), mice, pucks, joysticks, trackballs, touchpads, tablets/overlays, touch-sensitive screens, and styli/light pens. It does not apply to gesture- or voice-input system requirements.
