Overview
EN ISO 9902-7:2001 - "Textile machinery - Noise test code - Part 7: Dyeing and finishing machinery" is a CEN-adopted part of the ISO 9902 series that complements Part 1 (common requirements). It specifies the mounting, operating and measuring conditions required for the measurement, declaration and verification of noise emitted by dyeing and finishing machinery and related processes (preparation, dyeing, printing, fixing/wetting/drying, finishing, making-up/presentation). The standard applies to engineering methods (grade 2) and survey methods (grade 3) and is not applicable to hydro (centrifugal) extraction machines.
