Overview
IEC 60364-7-711:2018 is the IEC part of the Low-voltage electrical installations series that sets particular requirements for temporary low-voltage electrical installations in exhibitions, shows and stands (including mobile and portable displays and equipment). This second edition (2018) cancels and replaces the 2007 edition and constitutes a technical revision. It clarifies safe design, selection, erection and verification measures to protect users and the public during events and displays.

- Adds “outdoors” to suitable locations in clauses 711.3.1 and 711.3.2, explicitly covering outdoor exhibitions and stands.
