Overview
IEC 61747-3:2015 is the sectional IEC standard for segment-type monochrome liquid crystal display (LCD) cells. It specifies the quality assessment framework, inspection and screening sequences, sampling requirements, and the test and measurement procedures needed to assess LCD cells.
