Overview
ISO 11298-1:2018 - Plastics piping systems for renovation of underground water supply networks (Part 1: General) defines the general requirements and test methods for plastics piping systems used to renovate existing underground water supply pipelines. It covers pipes and fittings as manufactured and the installed lining system (“as-installed” condition), but is not applicable to the existing host pipeline itself or to non-structural sprayed coatings and annular filler.
