Overview
ISO 12576-1:2001 - Thermal insulation - Insulating materials and products for buildings - Conformity control systems - Part 1: Factory-made products defines uniform methods for conformity control of factory-made thermal insulation products used in buildings. The standard establishes five attestation systems to decide whether a production run or consignment meets the relevant specification requirements. It provides minimum requirements for each system and supports supplier–purchaser agreement on additional controls.
