ISO 14314:2004 - Reciprocal internal combustion engines - Recoil starting equipment - General safety requirements - defines safety requirements, verification methods and information for use for recoil starting equipment (recoil starters) intended for reciprocating internal combustion engines used in land, rail and marine applications.
