Overview
ISO 14397-1:2007 - Earth-moving machinery - Loaders and backhoe loaders - Part 1 specifies standardized methods to determine the rated operating capacity of wheeled or crawler loaders and the loader portion of backhoe loaders when used with buckets or material‑handling forks. It covers both the calculation of tipping load (mass) at maximum reach and a test method for verifying the calculated tipping load. This second edition (2007) updates and replaces the 2002 edition.
