Overview
ISO 14624-6:2006 - Space systems: Safety and compatibility of materials - Part 6 specifies laboratory tests and procedures to determine the reactivity of processing materials with aerospace fluids. It is intended to identify chemical interactions, degradation, or exothermic reactions that can occur when materials used in ground support, processing, or fabrication are exposed - intentionally or accidentally (e.g., splash or spill) - to cleaning agents, lubricants, solvents and other aerospace fluids.
