- Calibration & quantification: Use at least four calibration points (recommended 1–100 μg/ml range); linear correlation coefficient ≥ 0.99. Results expressed as mass fraction (μg/g).
- Safety: Target dyestuffs are known or suspected carcinogens - follow national health & safety regulations and good laboratory practice.
