Overview
ISO 17095:2013 specifies a standardized test method for determining the interfacial bond strength of fine (advanced) ceramics when joined to ceramics, metals, or glass and tested at elevated temperatures. The standard uses compression testing of a cross-bonded test piece to generate tensile or shear stresses at the interface.
