ISO 17232:2025 - Leather - Physical and mechanical tests - Determination of heat resistance of patent leather specifies standardized laboratory methods to assess how patent leather reacts to elevated temperatures. The third edition defines two validated test procedures (Method A and Method B) usable for patent leathers intended for all end uses.
