ISO 1817:2022 - Rubber, vulcanized or thermoplastic - Determination of the effect of liquids specifies standardized laboratory methods to evaluate how liquids affect vulcanized and thermoplastic rubbers. The standard covers immersion-based tests using a range of test liquids (petroleum derivatives, organic solvents, chemical reagents and reference fluids) and quantifies changes in physical properties before and after exposure.
