Overview
ISO 21009-2:2015 - Cryogenic vessels - Static vacuum insulated vessels - Part 2: Operational requirements - specifies operational rules for static vacuum‑insulated cryogenic vessels designed for a maximum allowable pressure greater than 50 kPa (0.5 bar). It can also be used as a guideline for vessels with lower allowable pressures. The standard addresses safe operation, handling, installation, inspection, maintenance and emergency procedures for vessels containing cryogenic fluids as defined in ISO 21009‑1.
