What is PD 7501 – Managing culture and knowledge about? PD 7501 discusses managing culture and knowledge. The aim of the PD 7501 is to provide guidance on KM and Culture that help you be successful. PD 7501 guidance on how to identify different types of cultures within organizations, their relationships with individuals, and the growth and utilization of individual and organizational knowledge and learning. PD 7501 also gives guidance on managing change, within an organization, towards establishing a successful culture of KM. PD 7501 discusses various different management sciences (for example change management) it does so only, by way of example, to show how KM fits into the current framework of established management sciences.
