Overview
EN ISO 50001:2018 - "Energy management systems - Requirements with guidance for use" (ISO 50001:2018) is a European adoption of the international standard for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving an energy management system (EnMS). Published by CEN in 2018, it supersedes the 2011 edition and aligns with ISO’s high-level structure to support integration with other management systems. The standard is applicable to any organization, regardless of size, sector or energy types, and aims to enable continual improvement of energy performance.
