Overview
IEC 62047-53:2025 - "Semiconductor devices - Micro-electromechanical devices - Part 53: MEMS electrothermal transfer device" defines standardized test methods for evaluating the performance of MEMS electrothermal transfer devices. This international standard specifies how to measure core performance parameters such as electrical resistance, temperature coefficient of resistance, electrothermal transfer rate, thermal transient response constant, action time and non-destructive current.
