Overview

ISO 464:2015 - "Rolling bearings - Radial bearings with locating snap ring - Dimensions, geometrical product specifications (GPS) and tolerance values" standardizes the geometry and tolerances for snap ring grooves, chamfers and snap rings used with radial rolling bearings. It applies to bearings in dimension series 18 and 19 and diameter series 0, 2, 3 and 4 (excluding series 00, 82 and 83), as referenced in ISO 15. The third edition implements Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS) principles to ensure clear, unambiguous technical product documentation.
