Overview
ISO 7176-15:1996 specifies the information disclosure, documentation and labelling requirements that manufacturers must provide with wheelchairs. It defines what must appear in presale specification sheets, test reports, user and service manuals, and what permanent markings are required on the product. The goal is to standardize the presentation of test results and product information so prescribers, users, service agents and regulatory bodies can compare wheelchairs reliably.
