Description (English):
Establishes a vocabulary in English, French and Russian with alphabetical indexes. The series consists of the parts 1 to 9. The terms and definitions are listed in a table which includes illustrations. In some illustrations the component is highlighted to aid identification. ISO 2710 gives a classification of engines and defines basic terms of such engines, their working and characteristics.
