EN ISO 10239:2025 - Small craft - Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) systems specifies safety and installation requirements for permanently installed LPG systems and LPG-burning appliances on small craft. Published by CEN and identical to ISO 10239:2025, this edition supersedes EN ISO 10239:2017. It also applies to portable cooking appliances with internal LPG cartridges of 225 g or less (see Annex D) and covers the storage of all LPG cylinders, while noting that national regulations may govern cylinder technical requirements. This standard does not cover commissioning procedures, routine maintenance/upgrades, or LPG-fuelled propulsion engines and generators.
