Overview
ISO 10239:2014 - Small craft - Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) systems specifies requirements for the installation, location and safety of permanently installed LPG systems and LPG-burning appliances on small craft up to 24 m hull length. It excludes LPG-fuelled propulsion engines and LPG-driven generators, and it does not contain commissioning procedures. The standard also addresses cooking appliances with integral LPG cartridges up to 225 g (Annex D) and storage arrangements for LPG cylinders (without prescribing cylinder design, which remains subject to national rules).
